Gluten-Free Bread

Ingredients:


1 ½ cups Urban Rice Flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oil of your choice
1 ½ cups sweet tapioca starch
1 envelope of 10g instant yeast
1 egg


Salt to taste


1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 ⅓ cups warm milk
Oil to grease the pan and for brushing


Instructions:


In a bowl, first mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.
Beat well with a whisk or mixer.
Pour the batter into an oil-greased bread pan and let it rest for 30 to 40 minutes until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to medium heat and bake until golden brown, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
This recipe yields one medium loaf of bread. Enjoy!
