Gluten-free vegan sweet potato bread

200 grams of rice flour
100 grams of boiled and mashed sweet potato
90 grams of sweet sprinkle
90 grams of corn starch
40 grams of oat flour
30 grams of flaxseed flour
30 grams of sugar
15 grams of chia
10 grams of dry yeast
7 grams of chemical baking powder (baking yeast)
5 grams of xanthan gum
400ml warm or room temperature water
50 ml olive oil or oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Method of preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Take the mixture to a mixer and gradually add the water.
Add the sweet potato, beat a little and add the olive oil.
Turn off the mixer once the dough is smooth and uniform.
Transfer the dough to a greased and infarcted shape.
Cover the mold and let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
Take to preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
Develop still hot and wait to cool down.
