According to the authors, the loss of 7 kilos in 7 days has been proven. They ensure that sirtfoods are a set of nutrients that activate fat burning while programming our own cells for health and longevity. These sirtuin-activating foods trigger so-called “skinny gene” pathways, the same pathways activated by fasting and exercise. It is a food intake strategy for sustained weight loss and maximum health. It is an integration diet, not an exclusion diet, and the proposed foods remain widely accessible and available to everyone. This is a diet that encourages the consumption of healthy foods.


The Sirtfood Diet is based on 2 phases


Phase 1: This is a comprehensive 7-day program designed to jumpstart your weight loss. The individual consumes 1000 calories in the first 3 days. In all of them, one should drink 3 green juices and have a meal rich in sirt foods. From the fourth to the seventh day you should increase your caloric intake to 1500 with 2 green juices and 2 meals a day


Phase 2: Serves as maintenance and lasts 14 days. The goal is to lose weight over and over again. The individual can eat 3 balanced meals rich in sirt foods, plus a green juice.
