Veganism seeks to exclude the consumption of food of animal origin. Some practitioners also try to avoid other products that exploit animals in some way. Vegan bread with oats
Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup of water
2 tablespoons of biological yeast for bread
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of chia
1 tablespoon flaxseed flour
2 teaspoons of salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 and 1/2 cup oat flour
2 and 1/2 cups white wheat flour
method of preparation
In a bowl, place the water, yeast, sugar and chia and mix for 1 minute.
Add the flaxseed flour, salt, oil, oatmeal and wheat flour and knead for 10 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rest for about 1 hour in the switched off oven.
Remove the dough from the container and divide into 2 portions.
Again, return to rest covered for another 1 hour.
Bake the buns in the oven at medium temperature for about 20 minutes or until golden on the surface.
