Ingredients
1 egg unit
1 tablespoon oat bran
1 tablespoon of natural yogurt (or water)
1 coffee spoon of baking powder
PREPARATION
In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and beat with a mixer or a fork until smooth.
Take it to the microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
