Low carb hamburger buns

Ingredients
3 eggs
200ml lukewarm water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
80 grams of almond flour
80 grams of chickpea flour
25 grams psyllium
2 tablespoons herbal salt
1 tablespoon baking powder

PREPARATION
In a bowl, add the eggs, water, vinegar, and mix well.
Add the flours, psylium, herbal salt, baking powder and mix until a dough is formed.
Let it rest for 30 minutes to allow it to thicken.
With a spoon, take portions of the dough, shape into hamburger buns and sprinkle sesame over them.
Put it in a greased and floured baking pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
